Connor McCarron, CFA

Connor, who joined Aureus in 2021, is responsible for executing and settling all trades, account rebalancing, investment mandate compliance, and asset allocation implementation. In addition, he lends support to the internal equity research effort. Prior to joining Aureus, he worked in business development for CQS and as a senior portfolio associate for Westfield Capital Management.

Connor earned his BS degree from Northeastern University with dual concentrations in finance and economics. He is a CFA^® charterholder.

Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) are licensed by the CFA® Institute to use the CFA® mark. CFA® certification requirements: Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or have equivalent education or work experience, successful completion of all three exam levels of the CFA® Program, have 48 months of acceptable professional work experience in the investment decision-making process, fulfill society requirements, which vary by society.
